Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the luxury garment is protected, and include the completed returns form inside the parcel.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel to your local courier drop-off point and retain your proof of postage; our team will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days of receipt.
